my 3 non-negotiables + new tips

Published over 1 year ago • 1 min read

Hey Reader

There are certain non-negotiables in my life. You know, things that just happen because I don’t (or won’t) consider any other option.

#1 – High-Quality Products

and by saying high-quality I'm not referring to "expensive" luxury brands.

Because there are just GREAT affordable high-quality products (in this post I explain more about the real difference between drugstore vs luxury makeup)

I believe in using only the best quality products to achieve my desired makeup looks and deliver a flawless finish for my clients or the tutorials I create. And this is non-negotiable.

#2 – Artistic Creativity

I believe in pushing boundaries and embracing creativity in every aspect of my work.

And of course when it comes to my online Real Beauty School, the biggest non-negotiable is this

#3 – INCLUSIVITY

I believe in creating makeup content for all skin tones, ethnicities, and gender identities, and promoting inclusivity in the beauty industry.

For me, inclusivity, is so important because of you Reader.

I want you and all my people to feel confident, represented and completely beautiful, regardless their ethnicity, gender, age or skin tone.

Inclusivity helps to promote equality and ensures that everyone has access to the products and services they need to feel confident and beautiful.

And because representation matters: People of all skin tones, ethnicities, and gender identities deserve to see themselves represented in the beauty industry and to have access to products that work for them.

It might seem weird to send an email about this stuff, but you know what? It was on my mind and I just wanted to make sure you and everyone else on this email list knew the kind of person “behind the newsletters.”

And well, that's basically my approach to beauty and makeup,

what is your approach if you are a beauty professional?

Or maybe you can share with me 1 or 2 of your "non-negotiables"? It doesn't matter if they are not makeup-related.

NEW this week:

Thanks for being a part of this community.
